    Steve is the founder of the Oasis Charitable Trust, and a former United Nations Special Adviser on Human Trafficking. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, as well as a former presenter and now regular contributor and commentator on television, radio, and other media. Steve was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) "for services to social exclusion through the charities Oasis Trust”

  • Derrick Peterson

    Emmet recently made his sold-out debut at New York’s Carnegie Hall. His Irish album debuted at #1 on the Billboard World Music Charts with Sony Music USA. Recent appearances include The Today Show and New York’s St Patrick’s Cathedral, Emmet hails from Mullingar, Ireland, and is the lead singer with PBS phenomenon Celtic Thunder.

    Jennifer is the Founder/CEO of Living Well Counselling Services Inc. She currently speaks on podcasts/live events, hosts retreats & has recently recorded The Six Types of Emotions course with Dr. Steven Brownlow based on his 40+ years developing an emotions-based understanding to human development.

  • Brandon Salesberry

    Brandon is the former CFO at Obama For America. He now has his own firm, Salesberry Associates. He handles all our finances pro-bono and has been a supporter of Glocal since the beginning

  • Mickey Jones

    Mickey is a US-based movement chaplain, author, speaker & facilitator, and the Director of Healing & Resilience Initiatives with the Southern-based collective Faith Matters Network, and an Associate Fellow of Racial Justice with Evangelicals for Social Action.

  • Jose Vicente Figuerero

    Jose Vicente is finishing his economics Masters's degree at Colegio Sagrados Corazones de Manquehue in Santiago Chile. He has a passion for international & intercultural economic equality and growing space of an experience economy

  • Brad Siefert

    Brad Siefert is a Design Technologist.. Brad designed the first Glocal UX and has been a close friend of Jimmy Spencer’s for almost 20 years. He has gone on to build design systems for Forbes, and Neilsen. He loves Design Systems & Jamstack. He’s a Siri Shortcuts enthusiast and averages 25K photos taken annually.

  • Tytus Cytowski

    Tytus Cytowski is an American tech lawyer and the founder of Cytowski & Partners. He has developed a successful startup law practice focusing on European startups scaling and fundraising in Silicon Valley. He specializes in seed/series A financing, 'flip' transactions and exits. His clients include startups from YC, 500 Startups and Techstars.

  • Fuzz Kitto

    CoDirector of Be Slavery Free, Fuzz travels the world collecting stories, and spreading rumors of hope. For 46 years he has worked at innovating opportunities for fresh approaches to community development and international development. He is a speaker, trainer, coach, writer and has worked in 52 countries around the world

  • Dee Yaccino

    Dee is a cultural anthropologist with expertise in social capital and Latin America. She named our crypto Ayni, which means reciprocity. in Quechuan, which she still speaks. She is the co-founder of a southern hemisphere-based NGO.

You’ll be 

2-4 hours a week. Responsibilities may include:

Commit to an academic yearβ€―β€― 

Participate in an online training program (2 hours)

Organize campus events with Glocal

Run a Glocal table once a semester

Test & optimize our app UX to catch bugs

Monitor your app usage for insights

Coordinate with our impact & marketing leaders

Ongoing connection with campus groups to increase usage

Provide feedback to the Founder in monthly Meet
